You can learn Pure Meditative Peace or Pure Meditation

Pure Meditative Peace is a simple meditation technique which is suitable for everyone. It takes only one session, of about an hour and a half, to learn. It equips you with all that you need to start a regular meditation practice and to receive the many benefits this can bring. If you wish to take things further, it is also excellent preparation for learning Pure Meditation.

It is suitable for everyone from 7 to 107. It can be practised anywhere – at home, at school, in the office – and at any time – before sleep, before an interview or exam, to start the day….

Pure Meditative Peace can help us to quieten and still the body, and to begin to quieten the mind. It helps reduce and manage stress and day-to-day tensions and it can help us to better deal with emotional problems and relationships. It can bring a sense of peace, balance and meaning to our lives.
Meditation is proven to help many health issues including blood pressure, insomnia, headaches, migraines, and many more. The reduction in stress levels is beneficial to all areas of our health and well-being.
A regular practice of a few minutes is enough to bring benefits.
