What is it?

Pure Meditation Foundation is a very simple technique which includes the Meditative Peace Breath. It is complete in itself and equips you with all that you need to start a regular meditation practice and to receive all the many benefits this can bring.

If you wish to take things further it can lead you on to the practice of Pure Meditation itself.

Who is it for?

It is suitable for everyone from 7 to 107. It can be practised anywhere – at home, at school, in the office – and at any time – before sleep, before an interview or exam, to start the day….

 


How can it help us?

Pure Meditation Foundation can help us to quieten and still the body, and to begin to quieten the mind. It helps reduce and manage stress and day-to-day tensions and it can help us to better deal with emotional problems and relationships. It can
bring a sense of peace and meaning to our lives.

Meditation is proven to help many health issues including blood pressure, insomnia, headaches, migraines, aches and pains. The reduction in stress levels is beneficial to all areas of our health and well-being.

A regular practice of a few minutes is enough to bring benefits.

 


How do we learn it?

You can learn in just one session, individually or in a small group. You will have all you need to start your own practice at home but your teacher will always be available to help and answer questions.
